THE CAST OF 'A MASKED BALL'

There were two casts in this one as well. They were designated by the letters X and Y. Cast Y performed on the 1st and 3rd performance, cast X on the 2nd and 4th. For those playing parts which were double cast, I have written a letter A if they played their parts of the first night, or a B if they were in the other cast.

Ricardo Y (Geoff Edwards)
Renato X (David Rose)

Here's Silvano Y (me) with his gold.

Here she is telling the King and Renato about Ulrica. One the right is The Chief Justice Y (David Mercer).
Here's the same scene again but with the X cast. But its the same Chief Justice as he actually did a bit of X and a bit of Y.

Another Chief Justice who did a bit of both casts (Stuart Dashwood).
Here are some of the female guests at the ball (Margaret Handford, Alexa Brummer, Linda Malett, Marianne Wentzel, Judith Meredith, Adrienne Walters).

Here are some of the gentlemen (David Kallo, David Mercer, an obscured Mike Taylor, Stuart Dashwood, John Gamble and Tony Dutton).
Here's the moment where Amelia went to visit Ulrica.

Here's Ricardo, in disuise as a sailor, making his phoney vivid sailor song. This photgraph was taken at the dress rehearsal. Can you spot the person who arrived a bit late.
Here's where things start to get intimate.

A pact is made.
Here's the moment where Renato writes down the names.

And here is the draw that follows (with the other cast).
Here's Ocsar with some invitations

And the same scene with the other cast.
Ricardo is at his desk, having decided to give up Amelia, but he lost more than that.
